Product Design

As the Senior Product Designer on Business Wire's authentication platform, I was brought in to lead the end-to-end redesign of their web and mobile login experiences. Working closely with 2 Product Managers, a Project Manager, and a Design Lead, I introduced a full design thinking process—from scoping and phasing to delivery.

I conducted a UX audit, defined user needs through stakeholder sessions, mapped current vs. improved user flows, and delivered lo-fi, mid-fi, and hi-fi prototypes that simplified access while enhancing security and usability.

Bonus Impact: Simultaneously contributed to the Press Pass initiative, where I helped modernize and scale their design system, replacing outdated components with flexible, scalable UI assets to improve consistency and development speed.

This project was about more than just screens—it was about elevating the user journey, aligning teams, and future-proofing design at scale.
