At Goblin APM, I led the end-to-end human-centered design process to create a developer-focused product that streamlines the debugging experience for mobile applications. The goal was to help developers significantly reduce the time spent identifying and reproducing bugs by providing full visibility into user sessions, pinpointing the exact issue, and highlighting when and where it occurred—even across different app releases.

My work began with user research and competitive analysis to validate the product’s direction and identify pain points in existing solutions. I then mapped out user flows, user journeys, personas, and information architecture to ensure the experience was intuitive and efficient. Following this, I created wireframes and user diagrams, conducted usability testing with real users, and iterated based on feedback. Once the experience was validated, I moved into UI design, crafting a clean and modern interface, and finally built a scalable design system to support consistency and future growth.

The result was a robust APM platform that empowers development teams with actionable insights, saving them hours of debugging time and improving app performance through clarity and precision.
